International Cooking Meeting : Japanese Session
First, I invited Rosana to cook madeleines together. Then, Rosana invited me to cook esfihas, brasilian appetizers. She also shared with Yann and me another delicious dish, called feijoada.
Next, we asked to Mayuko if she would agree to show us how to make the wonderful tempura she brought at my housewarming party... and she accepted ! She moreover learned us how to compose a whole menu : Zaru Udon & Tempura, my favorite dessert included : the Ichigo Daifuku :-) Thank you so much to share your secrets with us. Delightful time while cooking, and a great lunch with all our men !
